Terms&Conditions
When you, as a client, order a workshop or performance by Entanglement in Education, it helps to have some terms and conditions to fall back on in case of late cancellations, et cetera. Thankfully, this does not happen often, but it helps to set them out in advance. Just in case.
- Payment of an invoice is due 2 weeks prior to the agreed date of the workshop or performance. In the event of late or non-payment, Theatre of Entanglement has the right to cancel the performance or workshop.
- If, in the event of force majeure, Theatre of Entanglement is forced to cancel an event, a new date will be scheduled with the client at no additional charge.
- Should the client wish to cancel or postpone an arranged event, they can do so until 1 month prior to the scheduled date. If the client cancels or alters the date after the aforementioned month's notice, 50% of the fee will be charged. Should a client cancel less than two weeks prior to the agreed date, the full fee is payable.
